5:45 a.m. update: Lane closed on I-94 in Minneapolis, Snelling bridge reopens

MnDOT is working on the noise wall between Huron Blvd. and Hwy. 280 and the right lane is blocked until 2 p.m.

It does feel like the middle of winter out there, but that's not stopping a construction project on eastbound 94 in Minneapolis.

MnDOT is working on the noise wall between Huron Blvd. and Hwy. 280 and the right lane is blocked until 2 p.m.

Good news for St. Paul drivers. The Snelling Avenue bridge over I-94 has reopened. However, the northbound lanes are closed just north of I-94 so Hamline Avenue is the recommended route.
