5:45 a.m. update: Heavier than normal on I-94 in Woodbury

Traffic is moving a tad slower than normal in Woodbury on westbound I-94. A couple of motorists are changing tires on the right shoulder at Woodbury Drive. Ahead look for a small bunch up approaching Radio Drive.

Traffic is moving a tad slower than normal in Woodbury on westbound I-94. A couple of motorists are changing tires on the right shoulder at Woodbury Drive. Ahead look for a small bunch up approaching Radio Drive.

In Brooklyn Center, it sounds as if we have a car that went into a pond at I-694 and Shingle Creek Pkwy.

A reminder that the ramp from Hardman Avenue to eastbound 494 is closed until Thursday in Newport.
