5:45 a.m. update: Deer on the loose in Golden Valley

It's a heard of deer running up the ramp from Duluth Street to northbound Hwy. 100 in Golden Valley. I wonder if they have the right of way???

It's a heard of deer running up the ramp from Duluth Street to northbound Hwy. 100 in Golden Valley. I wonder if they have the right of way???

The proper authorities have been notified to round them up.

The bigger problem right now is the injury accident on the northbound Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Both the left and right lanes of Hwy. 169 are blocked. Traffic is getting through only in the center lane. This one looks bad and will definitely will be there for quite a while.
