5:45 a.m. update: Back to single lane on northbound 169 in Bloomington

The cones and barrels are back in place on northbound 169 at Old Shakopee Road. They went back up for overnight work and they are still there. Definitely an unpleasant surprise for drivers heading to work or up to the State Fair.

The cones and barrels are back in place on northbound 169 at Old Shakopee Road. They went back up for overnight work and they are still there. Definitely an unpleasant surprise for drivers heading to work or up to the State Fair.

Southbound lanes also are still single file.

In Brooklyn Center, the westbound ramp to 694 at Shingle Creek Pkwy. is closed as authorities investigate an officer involved shooting that happened earlier this morning.
