5:45 a.m. update: A couple harmless stalls

Just two stalled vehicles to report on at this hour and neither is having an adverse affect on traffic. You'll see them on the right shoulder of westbound I-94 at Mounds Blvd. in St. Paul and on westbound 494 at West Bush Lake Road in Bloomington.

Just two stalled vehicles to report on at this hour and neither is having an adverse affect on traffic. You'll see them on the right shoulder of westbound I-94 at Mounds Blvd. in St. Paul and on westbound 494 at West Bush Lake Road in Bloomington.

First Units are on the scene of both rendering assistance, so scoot over to the left when you pass by.

On the Lakeville watch, northbound I-35 is still moving well, but traffic levels are increasing. For now, motorists are not experiencing much of a delay between County 70 and County 50.
