5:40 a.m. update: The deer are roaming

We've had at least two incidents of car versus deer accidents this morning.

Yes, it's early, and for those who get on the roads now will get to their destination without any problems. All mainline routes are flowing at the posted speeds.

Do look out for deer. We've had at least two incidents of car versus deer accidents this morning. One was on eastbound Hwy. 12 near Baker Road in the Long Lake area. More serious, a deer apparently went through the windshield of a vehicle on Hwy. 52 at Concord Blvd. in Inver Grove Heights.
