5:40 a.m. update: The crowding on 169 has started

It's still early in the rush hour and already brake lights are coming on over the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Northbound Hwy. 169 slows at County Road 18 all the way up to Old Shakpee Road.

It's still early in the rush hour and already brake lights are coming on over the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Northbound Hwy. 169 slows at County Road 18 all the way up to Old Shakpee Road. I have a feeling it's going to be a long long commute.

There is better news on I-494 in Bloomington where overnight work has lifted.

In the 694 work zone through Brooklyn Center no issues yet this morning.
