A semitrailer truck has crashed through the concrete median separating the eastbound and westbound lanes on I-94 at the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
The truck was heading westbound in the left lane when it lost control and went through the center median.
Lanes are blocked in both directions and several vehicles are involved in the crash.
Ambulances are now on the scene.
