5:40 a.m. update: Moving at posted speeds in most places

Currently things are humming along just about everywhere, even on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694. That's one of the first places we usually see congestion.

School is out in most districts today for the annual Education Minnesota weekend and that might keep traffic levels down as folks take time off work. On the other hand, government workers who have been off the job for the past 16 days head back to work, so things could be busier that they have been lately.

Currently things are humming along just about everywhere, even on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694. That's one of the first places we usually see congestion.

We have one incident of note, and that is a spinout on the ramp from France Avenue to westbound Crosstown in Edina. There also is one vehicle off to the right shoulder on the highway.
