On the Hwy. 169 watch, delays are minimal at this hour through the work zone from County Road 18 up to Old Shakopee Road. The travel time there is only about 5 to 7 minutes at this time.

Eastbound I-94 plugs up just west of Albertville as overnight road work is still in progress. Add about 3 to 5 minutes to the drive through there.
