Police are on the way to crash blocking the intersection of University Avenue at the Hwy. 280 exit. Two vehicles are involved.
In Blaine, watch for a stalled vehicle on the left shoulder of southbound Hwy. 65 at 85th Avenue in the Spring Lake Park area. Traffic is heavy through Blaine from 117th Avenue down to 109th Avenue.
