The State Patrol has reopened all lanes on eastbound 94 in the downtown St. Paul commons where the freeway joins I-35E.
A jackknifed semitrailer truck had blocked two lanes for about 30 minutes. That also had traffic on northbound 35E being diverted to eastbound 94.
Traffic on 35E is now getting by, but look for the flashing lights on the left shoulder near Wabasha Street.
