The gates to the carpool lane on eastbound 394 at Hwy. 100 are stuck in the down position and MnDOT has been unable to get them open. Until crews are successful, HOT lane drivers will have to use the general lanes.

There is better news for drivers who access the HOT lanes from Hwy. 100. Those gates are open and drivers can access the lanes from both directions of Hwy. 100.

Watch out for a stall blocking the center lane on the ramp from southbound 94 to 7th Street/Lyndale Avenue in Minneapolis.

In St. Paul, the wreck that had been blocking the center lane of northbound 35E at W. 7th Street has cleared.

In Minneapolis, Cedar Avenue remains closed from I-94 and Riverside Avenue as crews continue to investigate the fire which destroyed a building that housed 10 apartments and a grocery store on New Year's Day.
