5:35 a.m. update: Crash on Stillwater Lift Bridge

A semitrailer carrying a load of hay overturned on the Stillwater Lift Bridge, and as a result the bridge is closed. MnDOT estimates it will remain that way until 8:30 a.m.

A semitrailer carrying a load of hay overturned on the Stillwater Lift Bridge, and as a result the bridge is closed. MnDOT estimates it will remain that way until 8:30 a.m.

Authorities in Wisconsin are telling drivers to take Wis. Hwy. 35 south to I-94 and cross the St. Croix River there.
