We are off to a rough start on westbound 94. A new crash involving a roll over is blocking two lanes of westbound 94 east of Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis.
In St. Paul, westbound 94 is closed at Mounds Blvd. due to police activity on the Lafayette Bridge. Traffic is being diverted onto the Mounds Blvd. ramp. A big back up is developing.
Northbound Hwy. 52 is closed at Eaton and southbound 52 is closed at W. 7th Street as police continue to deal with an incident on the Lafayette Bridge.
