The first crash of the morning comes on westbound 394 just before the Hwy. 100 exits. Two vehicles are on the right shoulder and a third ened up on the left shoulder. With it being such an early hour, it's not having much of an impact on traffic yet.
No word if black ice played a factor, but it's cold enough for that pesky nuisance to form on the roads. Keep the speeds down.
