While highways and freeways in the metro are generally wet, ramps and bridge decks can be slippery. One driver found that out. We have a roll over on the ramp from eastbound Hwy. 10 to northbound 35W in the Mounds View area.

Emergency vehicles are now on the scene.

Earlier, we had a spin out on eastbound Hwy. 36 at Cleveland Avenue. That has cleared, but it serves as a reminder that today is a good day to keep the speeds down.
