5:30 a.m. update: Early rush hour stalls, crashes and spin outs

The rush hour is in it's early stages, and already we have issues on the roads.

The rush hour is in it's early stages, and already we have issues on the roads.

A vehicle slid off the ramp from Flying Cloud Drive to westbound 494 in Eden Prairie and landed in the ditch.

Watch out on the ramp from Mitchell Road to eastbound Hwy. 212. One vehicle is in the ditch and two other motorists have stopped on the ramp trying to help.

In downtown Minneapolis, a semitrailer truck is blocking the right shoulder on northbound 35W at Franklin Avenue. The truck has a flat tire, so it may be there for a while.

A crash on eastbound 494 at Cedar Avenue has the right lane blocked.
