The cold combined with wet spots that have frozen over on the roads have led to a handful of spinouts already this morning.

One is blocking the left lane on southbound 35E at Cayuga Street in St. Paul. Delays begin just after Maryland Avenue.

There is a report of a wreck on westbound 694 at Long Lake Road.

Metro Transit buses are running on time at an 88 percent clip. The average delay right now is 2 minutes. Light rail and the Northstar commuter lines are running on schedule.
