5:25 a.m. update: Fully engulfed car fire on Hwy. 169

A harrowing scene is unfolding on southbound Hwy. 169 at the I-94 exit in Brooklyn Park. A car spun out and hit the guard rail and subsequently caught fire. The vehicle is now fully engulfed in flames and the driver is still inside.
