State Patrol is responding to a crash on westbound 494 at the Minnesota River bridge.
Over in WIsconsin, I-94 in both directions are closed at WIs. Hwy. 25 near Menomonie. A semitrailer truck apparently went into the river and authorities are in the water looking for the driver.
