Authorities are on the scene of an injury crash involving two vehicles that spun out and crashed on southbound 35E at Shepard Road in St. Paul.

Authorities are on the scene of an injury crash involving two vehicles that spun out and crashed on southbound 35E at Shepard Road in St. Paul.

An ambulance just left the scene, but both lanes is still blocked by the wreckage. Traffic is getting by on the right shoulder and slows at 7th Street.
