More than 60,000 Xcel energy customers remain without power this morning, and that includes stoplights at some intersections.

Reminder: At intersections where a traffic signal is not working, motorists are to treat the intersection as if it were a 4-way stop.

At some Minneapolis intersections, the city will place traffic control agents out to direct motorists during Monday's morning rush.

On a happier note, MnDOT has completed weekend work at Hwy. 252 andI-694 in Brooklyn Center. The lanes actually opened early and are open for today's rush hour.
