Four snowmobilers died over the weekend in crashes in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Two people were killed and a third severely injured Saturday when their sleds were hit head-on by a pickup truck about 20 miles southeast of Eau Claire, Wis.

Braden Dickinsen, 23, and Krista Bergman, 19, both of Augusta, Wis., were killed. The third person, Brian Schultz of Augusta, was hospitalized in Eau Claire. The truck driver suffered minor injuries, according to the Eac Claire County Sheriff's office.

Mark Allen Shaw, 33, of Henning, Minn., died about 11 p.m. Friday when he crashed into trees on the south shore of Big Pine Lake in Crosslake, the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office said.

A 25-year-old woman died around 1 p.m. Sunday after she struck a tree just off the Arrowhead Snowmobile Trail in Owens Township. The woman was pronounced dead at Cook Hospital in St. Louis County.
