The roads are littered with spinouts and crashes.
Among them are northbound Hwy. 169 at Hwy. 610.
Eastbound 94 at Hwy. 95. That one is a fatal crash and 2 lanes are blocked. More than an hour from downtown St. Paul to Hudson.
Southbound 35W at County Road J. There also is a wreck at County Road 14 blocking the left lane.
Westbound 694 at Edgerton Street.
Northbound Hwy. 100 at 57th Avenue.
Northbound Cedar Avenue at Cliff Road.
Metro Transit says 53 percent of routes are now behind schedule. No delays on light rail or Northstar Commuter trains.
