Parking restrictions go into effect in Minneapolis and St. Paul at 9 p.m. as both cities have declared snow emergencies.

Parking restrictions go into effect in Minneapolis and St. Paul at 9 p.m. as both cities have declared snow emergencies.

Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Red Wing also have declared them. This list will certainly grow so stay tuned.
