More than 40 percent of Metro Transit routes are now running behind. Light rail and Northstar Commuter trains are running on time.

More than 40 percent of Metro Transit routes are now running behind. Light rail and Northstar Commuter trains are running on time.

Traffic also is running late. Massive delays all across the system. Most wrecks are on ramps and bridge decks.

The drive on I-94 between the downtowns is approaching 50 to 60 minutes. Buckle in for the slow drive.
