As we hit the height of the morning rush, traffic has filled in on 35W northbound. Speeds are at 20 mph from the Crosstown to downtown. Plan on 22 minutes from 66th Street to downtown Minneapolis.

And there is lots of congestion in downtown Minneapolis with heavy traffic on 94 eastbound from the Lowry Hill Tunnel to Hwy. 55. Westbound it's heavy from Huron Blvd. to 394.

It's also busy on 35W southbound from University Avenue to 94.
