Three Minnesota attorneys have been disciplined for professional misconduct by the state Supreme Court.
Gilda Clark, of Long Prairie, received a public reprimand for listing a document in the appendix of a brief that wasn't part of the case record and making false statements to a court in an expert witness affidavit.
Joan La Rae Meidinger, of Moorhead, was suspended for a minimum of six months for failing to cooperate with a disciplinary investigation.
John B. Arnold, of Zumbrota, was suspended for at least a year after pleading guilty to aggravated forgery and identity theft. He didn't receive any jail time.
The lawyers were disciplined after the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility filed petitions for discipline with the state high court.
