A 34-year-old St. Paul man arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while under the influence on Interstate 94 in Wisconsin had three kids in the vehicle, authorities said.
A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper stopped the man for speeding at 5:41 a.m. in Cady Township in St. Croix County. Inside the vehicle were a 4-year-old, a 6-year-old and a 16-year-old.
Along with a count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant, the man was charged with possession of marijuana and Ecstasy, as well as driving without a valid license, authorities said.
The man was later released.
