Southbound 169 is creeping along from Valley View Road past County Road 18 in Shakopee. Plan on 17 minutes there. Look for a crash at Old Shakopee Road.
Northbound 35W is jammed from Hwy. 36 up to Hwy. 10. That is about 27 minutes.
Northbound 494 comes to a stop at Hwy. 7 where there is a crash blocking a lane. Ahead, things bunch up again near 394.
