Metro Transit says 50 percent of buses are running up to 8 minutes late. Blue Line trains are running on time.

Metro Transit says 50 percent of buses are running up to 8 minutes late. Blue Line trains are running on time.

Semitrailer trucks are struggling to get around the curve from I-94 to westbound 394. Things are jamming up coming out of downtown Minneapolis, both on I-94 and to 394 from 3rd Avenue.
