JACQUES PERRA

Roseville • QB

6-3, 210 pounds. Improved footwork and accuracy led to 2,875 passing yards and 32 touchdown passes in 11 games. Completed 60 percent of his passes and threw only five interceptions. Led Roseville to its first state tournament semifinal appearance.

ANTHONY ANDERSON

Eden Prairie • RB

6-2, 235. Built like a bull, Anderson surprised with quick feet and explosiveness. Rushed for 1,100 yards and seven TDs on an incredible 9.6 yards per carry average. Teamed with Dan Fisher to become what coach Mike Grant called "the best pair of backs we've had."

JEFF JONES

Minneapolis Washburn • RB

6-1, 200. Fluid, powerful runner who can change direction in stride. Punished tacklers on many of his 34 TD runs. Added eight receiving TDs and two kick returns for scores.

JESPER HORSTED

Roseville • WR • Jr.

6-3, 185. Caught 77 passes for 1,432 yards and 19 TDs in 11 games in his first full season as receiver. Good size and leaping ability made him a nightmare matchup. Caught a touchdown pass in every game.

CALVIN BUESGENS

Chaska • WR

6-2, 180. Made big plays in Chaska's run-heavy option offense. Caught 41 passes for 868 yards and 12 TDs. Tough to defend at his size, drew raves for aggressive downfield blocking.

ZACH HOVEY

Eden Prairie • TE

6-4, 235. Caught only six passes but averaged 33.8 yards per catch. Made his mark as a great blocker on the edge.

ROB OLSON

Eden Prairie • OL

6-5, 270. Smart and surly, Olson "dominates every game," coach Mike Grant said. "He's one of our best ever." Key reason few teams ran the ball with Eden Prairie's blend of efficiency and physicality.

JOEY MARINELLO

Eastview • OL

6-6, 305. Big frame and physical style gave defensive ends throughout the tough South Suburban Conference fits.

FRANK RAGNOW

Chanhassen • OL

6-6, 300. Dominated games and helped turn Chanhassen from a 0-2 team to one of the metro's top rushing offenses.

J.C. HASSENAUER

East Ridge • C

6-3, 300. Played under considerable scrutiny after making a verbal commitment to Alabama. Backed it up with his size, footwork and hands.

DREW TRABING

Prior Lake • OL

6-4, 250. Emerged as the South Suburban Conference's best offensive lineman. He got under defenders' pads or in their faces and stayed there through the echo of the whistle.

DIMITRI WILLIAMS

Rosemount • Athlete • Jr

5-11, 170. Do-it-all offensive dynamo thrived despite game plans designed to slow him down. Ran for 615 yards and 12 TDs. Caught 26 passes for an average of 20.5 yards and nine scores. Dangerous on kick and punt returns.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
