A 2-year-old child in a stroller was one of the people involved in an accident involving a pedestrian late Thursday in North St. Paul, the State Patrol said.
The accident happened shortly before 11 p.m. at Hwys. 36 and 120. The state Department of Transportation said the intersection is closed in all directions.
