An SUV struck a car pulling out of a Wright County gas station Sunday, killing a passenger in the larger vehicle.
The crash occurred about 12:20 p.m. Sunday along Hwy. 55 near 53rd Street NW. in Maple Lake, according to the State Patrol.
Janice P. Bowman, 71, of Annandale, Minn., died in the crash, the patrol said. Behind the wheel of the SUV was her husband, Robert J. Bowman, 71. He was hospitalized with noncritical injuries.
Ronda L. Vincent, 45, of Big Lake, Minn., was the driver leaving the Cenex station when she was struck by the eastbound SUV, the patrol said. She was hospitalized with her injuries.
