Midday traffic is being snarled by spinouts and accidents. Keep the speeds down as roads are still greasy.

Look for bottlenecks on eastbound Hwy. 36 at Dale Street where the left lane is blocked with a crash.

Left lane also blocked on southbound 694 at Stillwater Blvd. in Oakdale.

Highway Helper is on the scene of a crash on eastbound 94 at Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis.

Lots of activity in the center median of eastbound 494 at Dodd Road with a couple vehicles in the center median.

At Carver Avenue, look for single car in the right ditch on westbound 494 at Carver Avenue.

Other trouble spots include the right shoulder of northbound 35W at Diamond Lake Road and southbound Cedar Avenue at Diffley.

Roads are not in good shape, so slow down.
