Commuters on westbound 94 heading into St. Paul are going nowhere fast. It's jammed from Hwy. 61 due to a left-lane blocking stall at 35E.

Things don't improve ahead. Another snarl develops near Snelling Avenue due to icy conditions at Hwy. 280. Several vehicles can't get up the hill just past Cretin.

We have a stack up on 694 in Fridley. Only one lane open on eastbound 694 at University Avenue. More stuck semis. Westbound has a crash at Silver Lake Road blocking 2 lanes.

Lanes are back open on northbound Hwy.100 at 27th Street, but a big log jam persists back past Hwy. 7.

Westbound 394 coming out of Minneapolis is still at gridlock. A stalled semi at Dunwoody is the culprit.
