It's a crash, not flooding, that has traffic jamming up on eastbound 94 at Huron Blvd. That's got the left lane blocked.

Eastbound 494 at France Avenue in Bloomington.
Ramp closings and lane restrictions are in place on southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul. Be careful driving through the work zone.
The ramp from northbound 35W to eastbound Crosstown remains closed. Drains are jammed, just like traffic.
