The lockout is over for pro basketball this season, and the Timberwolves are rewarding its patient fans with pre-season tickets for $1 to $5 on the Dec. 17 game against the Milwaukee Bucks. The obe downside? A $15 delivery fee, even if you choose standard delivery via Ticketnetwork.
