Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer said this afternoon that cornerback Xavier Rhodes and defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd, two 2013 first-round picks with starting roles, are day to day with injuries.

Rhodes exited yesterday's 34-6 win over the St. Louis Rams in the third quarter with a groin injury. He tried to return to the game on the next series, but was shut down for good after three plays.

Floyd injured his shoulder in the fourth quarter but said after the game that he thought he was OK.

Zimmer said he isn't sure right now if either of them will be unable to practice on Wednesday.

"I think we'll find out more about them tomorrow," Zimmer said. "But we'll see."

As for cornerback Josh Robinson, who left late in the fourth quarter, Zimmer said "he's fine."

Zimmer expects outside linebacker Michael Mauti (foot) and fullback Zach Line (ankle), neither of whom suited up against the Rams, to both participate in some fashion during Wednesday's practice.
