Greetings.

Kent Youngblood with a quick update before the Wolves-Bobcats game gets underway. Without further ado:

--Luke Ridnour, who missed the Wolves' game in Orlando on Monday, will return to the starting lineup.

--In a sign that the Bobcats are getting healthier, guard D.J. Augustin, who missed 11 games with an inflammation of his right big toe, is back. Bobcats coach Paul Silas said Augustin would not start, but would come off the bench and play between 20 and 24 minutes. This is a big addition for the Bobcats. Augustin is the facilitator in that offense. Forward Corey Maggette is playing in his fourth game since returning from a hamstring injury, and now Augustin is back. "He gives them a dimension they've been missing," Wolves coach Rick Adelman said of Augustin. "They're getting people back. When they get healthy they'll be a better team. Hopefully it won't start tonight."

--In an attempt to pare down the turnovers, Adelman worked with his team on getting into their beloved pick and rolls out of motion, hoping it will make it more difficult for opposing teams to guard them. "We're trying to get into different pick and rolls in different situations after some movement," Adelman said. "Maybe that will help us a little bit. The best thing we have going is the pick and roll, we just have to find a way to do it better."

--Back to Silas. He was known as a bruising rebounder in his day, and he had all sorts of nice things to say about Minnesota's Kevin Love. Here's what he said:

"He's consistent with going to the boards," Silas said. "Every time, he's always there. And most players aren't that way. ... He knows how to position himself to the man who is guarding him, and almost push him under the basket and get good rebounds. Plus, his timing is unbelievable. He's not a great leaper, but his timing is just like out of this world. Kind of reminds me of me."

That's about it. I'll get back to you after the game.
