The Timberwolves make their final visit this season to Oklahoma City and Chesapeake Energy Arena and they do so with the Thunder's first game since Russell Westbrook's 25-point, 20-assist, 11-rebound triple-double Wednesday in a 120-108 victory over the L.A. Clippers.

Nobody has put up that kind of stat line since Magic Johnson went for 32 points, 20 assists and 11 rebounds in a 1988 game against Philadelphia.

"He's just a great player, man," Sam Mitchell said after the Wolves' shootaround in OKC this morning. "The things he does, I still laugh: Four years ago, no one could play with Westbrook. He's selfish. He's this. He's that. Now you look at him and the things he does and how he plays. Everybody's says he plays angry, but he's just competitive. He just wants to win on every possession. You have to respect what he brings to the table. You just have to respect it."

Oh, yeah, and don't forget about Kevin Durant, too. He only had 30 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists agains the Clippers.

Westbrook had a 12-point, 11-rebound, 10-assist triple double the last time these teams played in OKC, in January. He came within three rebounds of a triple double the first time these teams played and within two rebounds the last time they played, both at Target Center.

"In the open court, he's one of the most dangerous guys in the league," Wolves point guard Ricky Rubio said. "He puts you to sleep and as soon as you relax for a second, he puts on two or three more gears and attacks. So you have to be ready for that."

That Wolves tonight open a four-game trip that takes to Phoenix for a game Monday and then on to Memphis and Houston before it wraps up a week from today.

Other stuff:

* Forward Nemanja Bjelica hasn't played since before All Star break, but he said at shoot that his foot is feeling good and he looks ready to make his return tonight. He said Thursday that he'd play Friday if his foot felt fine after a full workout on Thursday.

* The Wolves still have an open roster spot after waiving Kevin Martin and Mitchell has said he'd like to add another athletic perimeter play. But he said this morning there are no plans now to sign another player, not with Bjelica due back in the lineup.

We'll see if they change their minds going forth...
