Boasting the complexity that one would expect of a blend of seven grapes, it's a juicy, lush, Washington white with just enough bite. Its bright acidity and clean finish make the Melange Blanc a versatile food wine, and the riesling and gewürztraminer in the mix mean it works with spicy Asian dishes in particular.
