Volver tempranillo (The Minnesota Star Tribune)
Wine

Consistency, thy name is Volver. A tempranillo from Spain's La Mancha region, the Volver consistently delivers way above its $16 price point. With a gorgeous nose, lovely dark fruit and great length, this red is rich but rustic, bold but smooth, smoky and spicy. It's a great match for roasted meat, game or fowl, most pizzas and barbecued anything. Available at Blue Max, Perrier (Eagan), Haskell's, Harbor, France 44, Marketplace, Winestreet Spirits, the Wine Shop and others.
