Wine

When most people think wine and Argentina, they almost invariably think malbec. But some vintners are having great success with another red grape, and the proof is in the bottle with the 2010 Piattelli Premium Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon ($15). The grapes grow at 3,900 feet and produce a lighter-than-usual cabernet with blue and red berry and chocolate notes, plus a plush finish. Try it with any beef dish, from burgers to filets to fajitas, or a dessert featuring dark chocolate or blue cheese.
