ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Fans will be able to watch the Minnesota Wild at a free outdoor practice this month.
The event is scheduled Dec. 21 at the John Rose Minnesota OVAL in Roseville. It runs from 9 a.m. until noon, with the Wild taking the ice for practice at 11 a.m.
Fans are invited to come early, from 9-11 a.m., for photos with live reindeer, a visit from Santa Claus, an appearance by the Wild's mascot Nordy and free open skating on the OVAL's outdoor skating track. Rental skates are available for a fee.
