Wild will try to cool off Gaudreau, Flames

Preview: The Wild's three-game road trip continues with a stop in Calgary. Last season, the Wild went 2-0-1 vs. the Flames. Calgary is coming off a 9-6 win over the Blue Jackets in Columbus on Tuesday. Overall, the Flames are 4-0-1 in their past five games.

Players to watch: Winger Johnny Gaudreau has four goals in his past four games. Center Sean Monahan has a team-high 17 goals. Four of center Elias Lindholm's 13 goals have been game-winners.

Numbers: The Wild has racked up 11 power-play goals in its past 10 games. Winger Mikael Granlund's 14 points on the road are the most on the team. Calgary buried five goals in the second period Tuesday. The Flames' 4.31 goals-per-game average on home ice is tops in the NHL.

Injuries: Flames F Michael Frolik (lower body) and Ds Michael Stone (blood clot) and Juuso Valimaki (foot) are out.
