Wild announces NHL Draft ticket policy

The National Hockey League's (NHL) Minnesota Wild in conjunction with the NHL today announced ticket information for the 2011 NHL Entry Draft at Xcel Energy Center on Friday, June 24 and Saturday, June 25 is now available at this link.

Minnesota Wild season ticket holders will be given the first opportunity to secure seats for both days of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft on a complimentary basis equal to the number of season tickets on their account. Seats will be assigned based upon Fan Priority Number for 2011-12 Wild season ticket holders.

A limited number of general admission tickets will be available to the public based on availability. Fans are encouraged to submit their ticket requests to www.wild.com and will be notified of the availability beginning on June 1.

Minnesota currently owns the 10th overall pick in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. The first round of the NHL Entry Draft will be held on June 24 starting at 6 p.m. CDT live on VERSUS and on TSN in Canada. Rounds 2-7 will be held on June 25 starting at 10 a.m. CDT on the NHL Network in the United States and Canada.
