If you want to join, I'll be hosting a live startribune.com chat Wednesday at noon CT on the Wild and NHL Draft.

The Wild announced the preseason schedule this afternoon. The Wild goes to Edmonton and Pittsburgh next preseason for the first time (at least since I've covered the team; this would be my seventh season, amazingly enough).

Mike Yeo's first training camp begins Sept. 16. Players report Sept. 15. The NHL regular-season schedule should be released in the coming days.
