Preview: The Wild wraps up its quick two-game roadie with a trip down the freeway in Orange County. The Wild, which has lost three in a row at Anaheim, has won six of its past nine overall against the Ducks, with five games being decided by a goal. In the past 12 meetings in Anaheim, the team that has scored first has won. The last team to come back from a 1-0 deficit was the Ducks on Jan. 23, 2004.

Players to watch: G Dan Ellis, acquired Thursday by Anaheim from Tampa Bay, is expected to make his debut against the Wild. He had started only four games since Dwayne Roloson was traded there. Since signing with the Lightning, Ellis was 13-7-6 with a 2.93 goals against average and .889 save percentage. Wild RW Martin Havlat owns a four-game point streak vs. the Ducks while LW Andrew Brunette has tallied points in four consecutive games at the Honda Center. G Jose Theodore will start. He's 6-5 against the Ducks with a 3.14 goals against average and .891 save percentage.

Numbers: The Ducks have lost four in a row, allowing 24 goals in that stretch. ... The Wild power play is 8 for 25 (32 percent) against Anaheim since the beginning of the 2009-10 season (seven games).

Injuries: Wild C Kyle Brodziak (ill) is not on the trip but could fly in for the game if he feels better. C Mikko Koivu (broken finger), D Cam Barker (upper body) and LW Guillaume Latendresse (sports hernia, hip) are out. Ducks G Jonas Hiller (light-headedness) is out. C Saku Koivu (groin) is questionable.
